Tiny CRM Raplet
Know more about your GMail contacts
1. Install Rapportive
Assuming you use GMail (and Firefox, Safari, Mailplane, or Chrome instead of Internet Explorer) install Rapportive.
2. Install this raplet
Head over to the raplet page, and add a custom raplet. Where it asks for "Custom Raplet URL" enter
3. Configure the raplet
You'll be asked for your email and a private key, which is basically a password, but shared across your organization. There's nothing special about it, so why not use:

Now log back in to GMail (some refreshing might be needed), and your colleagues' contact history will be shared with you.
